Flu
2
The seasonal influenza or the flu is an extremely contagious illness that usually strikes during the Fall and Winter. It is during these months when the colder weather drives people indoors, making it easier for the virus to be transmitted from person to person. The flu can cause symptoms such as chills, muscle soreness, fever, and in certain cases, can even lead to death.
The best way to prevent the flu is to get your yearly flu vaccine, which normally comes out in September and is available throughout the flu season.
