Active ingredient: Iron 65mg (as 325mg ferrous sulfate)
Inactive ingredients: cellulose gel, calcium carbonate, croscamellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily. Taking it with a meal may minimize the probabilty of stomach upset.
