Here are some tips to prevent getting acne:
Gently clean face.
- Wash the face once in the morning and once in the evening with a mild cleanser. Rinse thoroughly.
Avoid oil-based skin products.
- Choose lotions/foundations/ blush/eye shadows/other cosmetic products that are 100% oil free and non-comedogenic.
Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothing, helmets, and headbands.
Avoid stressful or humid environments.
Do not pick or squeeze acne.
- Picking or squeezing acne can result in scars.
