Premenstrual Syndrome
9
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a group of physical or mood changes that women go through usually 1 to 2 weeks before their expected period. These changes may be mild for some women while more severe for others. Some of the temporary changes include cramping or bloating in the belly, acne, and mood swings. Fortunately, there are some over-the-counter products, herbal and dietary supplements, and self-care measures that can reduce the symptoms of PMS.
