Quick and Fun Exercises

Here are some fun ideas for quick exercises that you can do before or after school:

 

Before School

- Dance while you get dressed

- Wake up and STRETCH as high as you can (then do it again and again!)

- See how many sit-ups you can get in before breakfast is served

- Put on a "blanket cape" and be a superhero for the morning (zooming all over the house)

- Learn one yoga move for every day of the week

 

After school

- Go for a bike ride with friends (or family)

- Walk your dog (He will love you for it!)

- Skip (or hop or do jumping jacks) all the way home from the bus stop

- Got Wii Fit?! Then, do it!

- Limbo!
