Quick Fix: Re-make that Favorite Guilty Pleasure

You say you love potato chips, but you’d like to eat more healthfully? Think for a moment about what you are really craving when you open a bag of chips. A little crunch? A little salt perhaps? Quick fix: Try air-popped popcorn sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese. Roasted almonds are another great choice, and they offer a protein and fiber boost.

What if it’s dips and spreads that call to you? (We totally hear you when it comes to ranch dressing...) Make it healthier and change things up by dipping your veggies in salsa, hummus or guacamole instead. Try bean dip for lots of flavor and extra fiber, too
