It's raining. Your sister just broke your video game. None of your friends are around. It's just the worst day.
Although everyone gets in a bad mood from time to time, when those bad moods last more than a few days, you need to talk with an adult.
If you feel like you have been sad or mad or even worse, talk to a trusted adult. The person could be your mom, your dad, your aunt or even your teacher. It should be someone who is an adult, someone who can help and someone who your family and you trust.
There is nothing wrong or bad about feeling bad. And you shouldn't feel wrong or bad talking about your feelings. Your family and friends love you and want to see you happy. (And so do we!)
