Tip 1: Shop at farmers markets and roadside stands for the best prices on summer produce.
Tip 2: When cleaning your contact lenses, never touch them with water. Use fresh solution for cleaning and storing. Always rub your contacts when you clean them, even if you're using a no-rub solution. Ask the pharmacist at your local Good Neighbor Pharmacy for help in choosing a solution.
Tip 3: If you're pregnant, ask someone else to clean your cat's litter box. Cats can carry a parasite that causes toxoplasmosis, a disease that can cause birth defects.
Tip 4: If you have an accident on your bicycle, replace your helmet. Even if it doesn't look damaged, the helmet may not be able to withstand the force of a second blow if you have another accident.
Tip 5: Increase your physical activity by planting and caring for a vegetable or flower garden.
