Tip 1: Are you vegetarian or vegan? Vitamin B12 is only found in animal products, so eat fortified foods such as cereals or soy products to get the vitamin. Or, ask your pharmacist at your local Good Neighbor Pharmacy about B12 supplements.
Tip 2: When eating salads, don't pour lots of dressing on your greens. Cut back on calories by dipping small bites on your fork into the dressing.
Tip 3: Throw darts to help beat stress. The throwing motion helps ease tension. You could also use dart balls that stick to a Velcro board.
Tip 4: Lift the right weight. A weight's too heavy if you can't lift it six times in a row. It's too light if you can easily lift it 15 times in a row.
Tip 5: Dust with a silicone-treated cloth. Dirt and dust particles will stick to the cloth, leaving less for you to inhale.
